This is a good product for those who wish for pure interoperability between a Windows only network. Somewhat easy to set up, and can be a hassle to keep running. As with other Microsoft products, support may be limited, and will be obsolete within a year or so, and updating may cause incompatibilities with other networked machines, account setups, and applications hosted on the server. But, it is a familiar interface, being windows. I personally wouldn't get this again, but that's because my needs were too specific for this server software. That doesn't mean you don't need it. I recommend it for a small home business that can handle downtime once in a while. ...

Windows 7 has been said by Microsoft as being much improved and everyone would be happy with the end result. But is it really better, below is my review of a few sections which I believe is most important and compare it to older versions.
Speed: 9/10
Much faster than Vista. To compare with the Vista OS, on Vista it took around 30 secs to 45 secs to boot up and log me in. Now on Windows 7 it takes 20 - 30 secs to boot up. Shut down is also so much faster. Vista = 15 secs... Windows 7 = 5 secs..... So there is a huge improvement. Also when running programs or browsing the internet you feel like this Operating System is very smooth and just does what you want (most of the time)

a quick right click on the desktop brings up an options menu ? they have now added ?change resolution? as an option in that list. So that?s nice an easy. A button on the far right of the taskbar will ?show desktop? with one click, another button there allows you to bring up the task manager without hitting CTRL+ALT+DEL.
The UAC controls are still in place, but not as potent or irritating, but that could be because I am used to them? The whole windows theme seems to have a ?larger? element to it. The icons, buttons and everything are just bigger, even with a really high resolution. You can however change this in the control panel, if you like things to be small, like I do.
