Windows Vista Business Edition, is the best option to go for if you want everything but cant afford Ultimate. Be warned though, Vista does carry rather hefty recommended requirements if you want to run it with all its bells and whistles, however, I'm running it fine on a Pentium 3 1GHz, with 512MB RAM, 30GB HARD DRIVE and a 4MB AGP video card. Obviously I don't get the nice looks of the nice new Aero interface and it runs a tad slow, but it is still very much usable. Vista Business Edition does lack Windows Media Centre which is included in Home Premium and Ultimate, but it is afterall, designed for businesses who in most cases wouldn't need this capability. Perfect for small, medium and large businesses, Business Edition of Windows Vista shows off the good parts of the new operating system without the Ultimate Edition price tag.

(+) Faster, good networking with other Windows machine, so far it has not crashed. (-) price, best to do a fresh install which will involve backup & restore of information
