When we first bought our laptop a year ago had it not been for this operating system by microsoft i could possibly of given up. When i was at school the computers they had there had nothing like this and were hard to operate even for the teachers. very soon after starting out with our laptop I had grasped the basics of making the computer work. While not all microsoft software is the best, example mozilla firefox. what they have here is an exceptional product with excellent customer support through constant patches and updates. people say bill gates has a monopoly and has made too much money, well good luck to him he has made the money of his own doing, he hasnt dealt drugs or murdered people. very happy with xp and will definitely go onto vista with next laptop.
