Advantages easy to install

Disadvantages not wireless

I wasn't really very happy when the a and s key on my keyboard decided to start playing up and then they stuck down so I couldn't use them, not only did this happen but I tried to lever them up and ended up pulling the keys off the keyboard, so had to buy a new one.

I ordered a new keyboard online and bought a Microsoft Wired Keyboard 600 for £8 from play.com it came within a week and was adequately packaged.
I prefer a wired keyboard as I am sat at my computer desk to type and use the keyboard functions, so a fancy wireless one isn't really necessary and they are a little more expensive.

The Microsoft Wired Keyboard 600 comes in a nice black plastic design and is stylish and fits in with the colour of my computer stack, it is plug and play so you just have to connect it to your computer via the USB port and the computer does the rest.
I like this as it's quick and easy to use without fuss.

It is a spill resistant keyboard which is great for me as I am always sat at the computer with my coffeee cup and have on occassion dripped coffee on the keyboard and had to wipe it off quickly, which could be something to do with my other keyboard giving up the ghost.

It's a touch key pad and is very responsive you don't have to hammer the keys down just a gentle tap will produce the results desired. There is a calculator built in and can be accessed with a touch of a button, this is great for me as I have to do my own accounts and book keeping being self employed, so I like this.

You can press a certain key to launch your Start menu and search your PC or the Web if you have Windows Vista installed and it has quick and easily access to common tasks, including product information, registration, settings and more for popular devices such as cell phones, cameras, printers, and mouse, keyboard and webcam products.
There is also four handy keys at the top of the keyboard to let you control the most-used media activities (play/pause, volume up, volume down, and mute).
This is great for downloading music, listening to music and watching dvd's online and via the DVD/ CD rom.

I like this keyboard as it's light weight and fits nicely on to your knee if your doing any speed typing and don't want it sat on the computer desk and it is responsive and easy to install.
This is a cheap but quality item for your computer stack and I will be happy to recommend it to you.
