I purchased this wireless mouse and keyboard set when I got a new computer as I thought it would look smarter and more modern than the wire mouse and keyboard that came with it. I chose this set as I felt that Microsoft had a good reputation and, at £30, this represented good value for money.
This was easy to connect up with the computer, just a simple plug in to the front of the box. That was all that was required to install. The mouse and keyboard each take two batteries. I find that the batteries wear down really quickly. This is frustrating, especially when typing where letters can be missed out in your work, or quite often, the space bar won't function. The batteries in the mouse wear out especially quickly.
Having said that, this is the only flaw I can find with the product. The keyboard is comfortable to type ...

This is officially the best keyboard on the market! It has such a greater feel to it than any others I have experienced, and gives you a sense of importance and sophistication when your typing. Like a tiny cockpit with the perfectly smooth keys. The wrist rest is something you don't really appreciate until you go back to using a regular one and it does make such a positive difference! Also the fact that it is wireless means you can sit back on your chair and type away without having to lean across in a manner that makes your back ache! The mouse is smooth and unfaultable in its design, neat, comfortable on the fingers as well as been aesthetically pleasing! It goes very well with my black Dell computer and I would highly recommend it to anyone needing a keyboard and mouse set. Slightly pricey, but you have to pay more for good quality ...

One thing that I have found to be a Godsend over the years are packs that you can buy which include both a keyboard and a mouse together; this manages to save time and hassle and also means that you?re going to have a matching set which always look better for visitors! That one thing that could possibly go wrong with buying a mouse/keyboard combo is that you may decide that you like one but not the other which could mean you wasting quite a bit of money; luckily I seem to have struck gold.
I bought the MicrosoftWireless Laser Desktop 6000 for my home computer about 18 months ago and haven?t looked back since. At the time it cost me around £60 but it seemed to be worth the price so I took a gamble that certainly paid off.
