WHAT A GREAT COMBINATION!
I bought this oven two months ago and since then have used it on a daily basis.and it has replaced my main oven unless I'm cooking large amounts. Leaving the technical stuff aside its definitely a cooks micro-oven!
I have found the instructions clear and easy to use,.but the lining must be cleaned after use as burnt on deposits are difficult to remove. Also I have found that the convection oven can cook quicker than I ... ...when cooking on 'combi' settings' prevents the food becoming over -browned, and to stop meat 'juices' from overflowing place these item in an oven/microwave dish such as 'Pyrex.' rather than directly on to the metal tray as instructed by the manufacturer. ...3-4 models our choice was Panasonic NN-E255W. We are now proud owners of small, simple, does-what-it-says-on-the-box microwave. There are few unnecessary buttons for our liking but overall control panel is simple and clear. That makes it very easy to use. It is not particularly silent when works but nothing unusual or noisy. The only small problem is the signal that it had finished. There are 5 high pitched sounds which you cannot stop unless you ... ...a bit over the top alarm - like a baby which needs attention. Although I have to say that my boys (1 1/2 and 5) love that sound and run in anticipation of the hot milk. Another small gripe would be an internal light. It stays on if the door is open and becomes hot after few minutes. So better keep door closed once dish is taken from the oven. It has five power levels including defrosting and 6 preset programmes. ...bulb? The helpline in the Prestige user guide goes direct to comet not the manufacturer! Comet said it is their own branded product. They then said it will cost £75 to maybe fix it! They showed no interest in helping resolve the fault other than trying to charge for services or suggesting to buy another. Awful product and disgusting service from comet! We have taken the decission to never shop at comet again! ...

We bought this Microwave about 7 months ago and it was a great buy. The black shiny casing is classy and funky, stands out in the kitchen as you would expect. Saying that it shows up dust and finger prints very easily! The inside is large which is a plus and apparently has some sort of new technology that works more effectively than normal microwaves, all that I can say is that it works very well and is quiet as well. The only problem I have with ... ...temperature settings, for frozen, one touch settings ect, it is difficult to get exact times with the timer dial. It will only recognize 10 second intervals and skips about easily, so for example getting 2 minutes 30 seconds can take some fiddling. If you want an expensive looking microwave for half the cost I would recommend this as a winner ...
