Advantages Advantages Good graphics, has a good variety of cars, from tuners, to suvs and bikes. Good challenging AI.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Noone seems to play online

Well the Midnight Club series has been running for a long time now, the original hitting the PS2 in 2000, followed by Midnight Club 2, on the PS2 and Xbox in 2003, then Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition also on the PS2 and Xbox but additionally on the PSP in 2005, the latest installment of Midnight Club hit the 7th gen consoles in 2008 and was made available on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PSP. The game features 43 cars, but only 3 motorcycles, which is less than what Midnight Club 3 featured. However the cars in MC:LA are far more detailed, and the size of LA is the size of all 3 cities of the previous ... more

    Advantages Advantages Gameplay, graphic, sounds

Disadvantages Disadvantages Sometimes blurs if you are going too fast.

Midnight Club: Los Angles is a brilliant driving/racing game. There's loads of fun you can endure in this game from racing on the streets of LA to getting hunted down by police cars. The story behind this game is that you are one man who is a street racer. You race other people and cars on the streets and by winning a race, you earn money. With that money, you can buy cars and pimp them. You can also take part in pink slip races and if you're going too fast and a police car sees you, then you're in big trouble and they will start chasing after you. So, as you can see, this game is a brilliant ... more

Advantages Advantages Great gameplay, good choice of cars and accessories, good map and good graphics

Disadvantages Disadvantages The handling of the cars is not realistic

Midnight Club LA is street racing game which involves buying, modyfying and racing cars and bikes. The game has a great story line and can kepp you entertained for hours. The map on the game is massive, it includes famouse places in and around LA making the game feel realistic and more fun to play. There is a nice choice of cars inclisding an Adui, a couple of Lamborgini's, Mercedes, a Nissan Skyline and a Mitsubshi Evo. Like other games in this genre, the first car you buy is an old banger which you can modify internaly and externaly, including the engine. What i really like about this is the ... more

Advantages Advantages Some realistic cars, a fun but not too serious game :)

Disadvantages Disadvantages Expensive, repetitive, too realistic for those used to NFS on ps2!

I bought Midnight Club LA spur of the moment because I was disappointed with Forza 2 as its so realistic and wanted a crazy racing game like the old days of NFS underground on ps2. It took some getting used to, but its half way there. Again the game aims for realism losing the element of fun. You can't bounce off walls to get around corners on racing games these days! It took me a long time to get a feel for the controls however once I managed the game became a lot more enjoyable. Using the triggers on the back of the controller instead of buttons (X and O for ps2 owners) make controlling ... more
