I absolutley love my miele cat & dog. Vacuuming is now a pleasure, dare I say fun (sad arent I!) . After several years of putting up with cr*p machines, (one of which was a rather expensive one) ,which blew up, blocked up and messed up I did some careful research and read several reviews on the internet and came across the Miele cat and dog. I have one hairy Labrador X and 5 kids and my vacuums just couldnt cope with us, I was getting through one once a year. I can honestly say this is one of the best buys I have ever made, it is certainly the best vacuum I have ever bought. It is superbly powerful and does my carpets and wood floor a treat! It has never blocked up or let me down and sucks up dog hairs and muck brilliantly. I cant fault its performance, I only have a problem with storing it but I always have with cylinder models.
