...Miele are the only manufacturer not owned by another company. All the rest are either in 2's 3's and 4's and use economy sources of components. As a result it is very common to have faults in any of the electrically components.
Miele engineer callout charge is £40 which is less than most general engineers at £45 or more.
The controls are geared towards what is useful, not fads or gimmicks.
Miele don't make anything that is flimsy or hard to use. They have short time delay if you want to add something to the wash: your have to sent the programme selector to off and then wait 10s, then you can push the open button.
Buy a miele and you won't regret your investment...

...I recently bought this hoover on account of my other miele hoover breaking. However, i did not let this put me off buying from miele again. I found the hoover lived up to my expectations easily, with its cheap price and good reliability it is a winner! This model of the Miele very easy to use and also very simple to empty, you just have to throw away the bag. The noise level it makes is very small, a great reduction from my other earlier Miele hoover. The S411 comes in a range of colours but i would get black as it looks a lot sleeker. Therefore, i would reccomend this hoover to anyone who was looking for a cheap, reliable hoover. I guarantee that it will never let you down....

...i'm a bit of a bargain hunter when it comes to buying anything - the cheaper the better in my books - so when my husband suggested a miele washing machine and i saw the prices i was a bit put off.
he managed to convince me that the cheaper option isn't necessarily the better option if you end up buying two or three machines in the lifetime of one miele.
we've had the machine a couple of years now and i've been really impressed with it. it washes very well (even delicates), its really really quiet (our last machine sounded like it was going to take off) and it still looks brand new.
we now have a miele dishwasher which is also really quiet and cleans brilliantly (i don't even know its on), and a miele hoover which is just as impressive. Miele seem to think of everything in their designs - little things like easy access to clean parts...
