Miele K12020S: A good... |
|---|
We wanted a larger undercounter fridge for our kitchen with a good efficiency rating, and this is still compact yet has a fantastic capacity (174l) and is rated at A+ . The layout seems flexible, with a split-shelf and a split vegetable compartment, so we have been able to load it up very easily. As the light is halfway down and the shelves clear glass, you are able to find your food whereever it ended up being stored. The temperature is easy to adjust and so far the fridge has been running quietly and effectively.
From our experience we have only had one minor gripe. Whilst the instruction book is generally clear, the instructions for changing over the door were not 100% accurate, and not all the tools that were supposed to be included were supplied. It was also not mentioned anywhere that you need both a Torx T15 and T20 scredriver to change the door and the handle over. The helpline staff didn't know this and gave very poor advice.Overall then, in my opinion the product is very good but the customer support could be a little better.
