After buying 3 dysons and all 3 not lasting longer than 4 mths i decided to try a different make. What with having 2 dogs 1 a german shepherd what sheds hair like there is no tomorrow, the other luckily a short haired mongrel, but when she sheds she looses buckets full, plus 2 girls who dont care were they drop there wrappers and rubbish, we decided on the Miele cat and dog hoover.
This is a cylinder hoover with a bright red and black casing. It has moveable castors for easy moving, a handle for carrying, The accesories are easily stored within the body, an dusting brush, upholstery nozzle, crevize nozzle. It is powerful with a completely sealed system. It has a great air flow, for every type of carpet or floor surface. They are equipped with speed controls with different speeds, 300,500, 700, 900, 1200,

Advantages: Quiet, easy to use, very good suction Disadvantages: bagged
A couple of months ago there was a lot of singing and dancing around the house when my horrible, useless Dyson Animal vacuum cleaner decided it had had enough. Even before this happened I had already decided I wanted a Miele Cat and Dog to replace the stupid thing, so the next day we set off in search of checking out the cleaners in the local shops. We visited Comet as this is the nearest largest retailer near us.
I headed straight to the Miele Cat and Dog, which was around £200.00, Darren, my husband had a play to make sure it would built properly, (anything to get out of paying a lot of money) he then noticed a Miele that was on offer. We compared both the Cat and Dog with the Red Pearl and they both seemed to have exactly the same power and attachments, in fact they looked exactly the same except the Red Pearl was £30 ...

5. How much do you want to spend? We didn't want a cheapo model but were determined for it to be cheaper than a Dyson so were looking at around £150.
Having set the criteria we now had to choose the right model. A quick read through of my father in laws Which? magazine showed the Miele S4510 coming top of their test and that's usually good enough for me, a quick price search online and I found the model for £160, including next day delivery, from UK Domestic Appliances.
In the box~
The Miele was delivered in two boxes; the larger of the two contained the cylinder unit itself, neatly packed in polystyrene. The second, smaller box contains the hose, attachments and paperwork. The instruction manual is clear and concise, but then it is just a vacuum cleaner so it's not ...
