Mike Tyson

Remeber when Iron Mike was the best fighter in the world by far? When the betting was not on whether he would win but in which of the first three rounds? He was amazing, and the primary reason was that his aggression was controlled. Cus D'amato, his trainer and father figure, channelled all Tyson's aggression into boxing, and what came out of that was a quick, agile fighter with several punches and nice combinations. Cus dies, Don King comes in, and all of a sudden Tyson loses the combos and starts with the one-punch knockout crap. Now he's a street thug who will be intermittantly behind bars for the rest of his life. Sad.
