Advantages: Cheap, reliable, very good picture and sound quality for £44.99 at Argos. Disadvantages: Haven't found any at all.
...I purchased this model from Argos, and , at £44-99, how can I complain. The picture quality is excellent and watching a separate DVD player or VCR provides the viewer with more than adequate value for money. One other point I would mention is that the sound quality is much superior to comparable products at a similar price, and I have bought , and returned, 4 other T.V's, including a Wharfedale LCD model, which I found to be no match for this Mikomi model.
I also have Mikomi's cheapest stereo/cassette player costing £9-99, again from Argos, and the stations that I can receive on this player outnumber those I receive on other portable radios at 10 times the price.
From my own experience of the" Mikomi name" I have absolutely no regrets following purchase.
If it's a cheap, but reliable, product that you want, look no further than the Argos...

Advantages: AM/FM 2 Band Radio, Time and Alarm Clock, Digital Display. £3.99!!! Disadvantages: None for 4 pound.
...I was on holiday in Skegness and wanted something to listen to whilst on the beach etc. So I went into Argos and picked up this Mikomi UT-DR205 for £3.99.
First impressions were good because you could spend £20 on a Sony portable radio without a display, clock or anything. So what, it's only Mikomi but you have to look at the price and range of features.
When I got back home the first thing I noticed was that the reception was great! I could tune into about 5 stations on FM and about 7 on AM. The time is easy to set and so is the alarm.
But, as with all portable radios, the earphones act as an aireal so the radio throught the mono speakers was not fantastic but I wasn't too put off by that.
It's ever so easy to work and is great just to listening to for a few hours!
Whatever, you do do not let the manufacturer put you off! Just...

Advantages: Very easy to use; Great quality of sound; Stylish looks Disadvantages: Not much in the way of extra features
...The Mikomi FM DAB Radio pretty much does exactly what it says on the packaging. Coming in a refreshingly simple yet stylish looking casing, the product looks professional, and the performance it delivers reflects that, with the reception and quality of sound both crystal clear.
The radio also offers exemplary ease of use, with five possible preset stations, and an easy to navigate and clearly marked button system that manages to be self-evident and yet understated. What is more, all of this is offered for an astoundingly cheap price; at pretty much £25, this is the cheapest DAB digital radio that I am aware of on the market.
So if you are bemoaning the crackly reception of your old FM radio, the Mikomi FM DAB radio is a brilliant investment with fantastic value for money. You aren't going to get any more out of it than that...
