mmm doughnuts, I mean low fat milkshake
Advantages: Less than 1% fat
Disadvantages: Less fresh than you might think
It’s close to Christmas, we are all about to consume 3 zillion calories in the space of 2 days so I thought I would set you all on the path of righteousness or not as the case will prove.
