I ordered two eurohike sleeping bags from millets.co.uk. On the website they promise to deliver within 3-5 days of ordering. They took my money within 3-5 days but did not deliver the sleeping bags. After 15 days I started to e-mail them, when I got no reply to 3 e-mails, each sent 24 hours apart (they're supposed to reply within 24 hours), I called them. No one could tell me where my sleeping bags were or what was going. One bloke made promises he didn't keep. It took 3 more phone calls to finally get through to someone proactive. After 25 days the sleeping bags arrived wrapped, crudely, in two millets carrier bags and left with a neighbour??! When we opened them we had two left ones that could not be connected, so I made my fifth phone call to Millets who let me take one to a shop (completely defeating the object of internet shopping) to swap it for a right one. My advice is not to use Millets website, they make internet shopping a frustrating hassle. I genuinely believe if I hadn't made all those phonecalls and e-mails that they would have just taken my money and never sent the sleeping bags.
