    When my twins were first born I gave them both breast milk and formula milk. They went straight to special care after being born as they were 3 week early and Lillie was very small. As they were in special care and I was not with them straight away the nurses chose which milk to put them on, Lillie was on Nutriprem 2 due to her small birth weight (3lb 13) and Jack was on SMA gold as he was bigger then Lillie (5lb 11) so he didnt need the nutriprem.     Having not been able to breastfeed, I decided to try this milk powder on a recommendation from a friend. Although it is more expensive than some other brands on the market (at about £8 a tub - except the Co-Op where it is around £8.50!) it is definetly worth it. I have been told by other friends that their babies suffered with constipation, with Aptamil we have never had this problem. The powder is extremely easy to use and you get a fresh scoop in every box. Each scoop is equivilent to 1 oz of milk so it is very easy to know how much to use (although I do sometimes get confused with how many ... more

    Milupa Aptamil First Infant Formula Milk is the greatest milk powder out there. This milk is amazing, i feed my baby girl this milk and she loves it , so aptamil was quite a nice relief as it settled in her tummy nicely,Whilst it appears that Milupa Aptamil First Infant Formula is one of the more expensive formulas on the market, we were reassured that this was the closest available to breast milk, *ready made cartons available, The milk is easy to prepare.
