My daughter at 3 weeks old went on the Aptamil 1st stage milk and she loved it. I couldn't cope that well with feeding her myself, and this was the most expensive in the shop so I thought it must be good. She went OK on that stage for a while but I noticed she just wanted more all the time so I put her on this stage at around 4 months. She didn't batter an eye lid and seemed to be a little thicker than the first stage but it only filled her up a little bit more than the other. Not really worth the change to be honest.
