Advantages: Interesting when one succeeds.
Disadvantages: Too complicated. At age 64 there is no way of my sleeping 8 hours.

I found this product inadequate. No matter how hard I tried I did not achieve the success it promised, so I asked for a refund about 3 weeks ago. I tried different ways to contact the seller even through a third person but nothing came out of it. I tried opening a ticket on their site but it was useless.
