Advantages: fashionable, light Disadvantages: smell very bad, feel weird on your feet
i bought these trainers for football use on the astroturf. When i arrived an put them on my friends were really impressed with them. They are very fashinable and popular trainers. However they are comfatable trainers but felt weird on your feet and after a while they begin to smell and i mean smell they stunk out the whole house. but overall i would say they are descent trainers apart from the smell. They come in a different range of colours e.g lime green, forest green, pink, white, blue. They are an easy boot to clean, you just have to wie the outside with a damp cloth. The laces keep tiedand match the colour of the trainer. Due to the smell my mother has had enough and the trainers are now stored in the shed. So overall they are a decsent pair of trainers. ...
Advantages: Great For Aerobic Work Disadvantages: Misleading Adverts
Being a dedicated and hard working househusband to a wife 5 kid's and 3 cats as well as numerous fish I was looking for a way to work out as it is very hard for me to take time out and go down the gym or out for a run as I used to do on a regular basis whilst I was out working. The Powerlung Trainer is different. It works and it works well. Respiratory training is not a new idea, but its intergration into the fitness industry has been quite slow. I'm guessing the main reason for that is advertising, because not many people I have trained have ever heard of it. It would certainly be more popular if people were aware of its effectiveness. So what is it and what does it do?
HISTORY
The powerlung was created by Barry Jarvis who in his youth was a competitive rower, but in his 40's suffered a debilitating heart attack. The result of his heart attack led to Barry not being able to do the things he used to regards his exercise. He found ...
