Hi, I'm fairly new to this. As you can tell from my reviews I am still getting used to the website. If you have any tips for me I would be grateful if you could post them in my guestbook! Thanks

I recently purchased this audio system after being recommended by a friend to its amazing sound quality and its DAB enabled radio. This enables better sound quality and amazingly information to be shown on the LCD screen about the radio station e.g. Station telephone no., signal level, date and time and also any extra information that the radio station chooses.
Not only is it a rado, it also has an amaing quality CD reader, with this system you can adjust the bass, and treble, set a timer -that can be used as an alarm for the radio or cd to start and using the remote control the system provides ultimate comfort while changing tracks/stations while keeping your comfy lifestyle. The system also allows you to create your own playlist, inn which you can choose the tracks you want to listen to off an inserted CD and then you can repeat this selection of tracks.
However, the speakers come with short cables that link to the main system meaning the range is restricted. Although the system does not have a multi CD tray or changer the sound quality and distribution is sure to get those ears tingling.
I found that using the radio/CD timer as an alarm, I can wake up to my most favourite tracks without even moving anywhere. Then you can wake up to its sweet and elegant design and be sure you made the right choice when buying this audio system.

Does this system have connectors for external aerials for both DAB and FM? I have fairly poor radio reception in my flat and systems with hardwired 'piece of string' or 'boombox rod' aerials won't give me good enough signal quality, so I need to be able to connect proper external aerials. It's this sort of information that needs to go into a review to help people choose between apparently similar systems.
I have searched the web extensively for information on this system and information is hard to come by, not even downloadable user manuals (disappointingly unlike many other Alba Group products), although I have found one image for the system which suggests that it has a rod aerial - in which case it would be no good to me. This is a shame as it looks like a good value for money system otherwise.
You say the speaker cables are a bit short (another important point). So please tell readers how short (50 cm, 1 m, 2m?) so that we can tell whether it's likely to be a problem for our intended use.
