When I purchased the Merc back in late summer I did a 200 mile round trip as the spec I was looking for at the right price could not be found in my town.I stumbled upon an Avantgarde 2001 y plate model with full stamped history at 80,000 miles on the clock and with the blue paintwork it was exactly what I was looking for at £4,800. It was cheaper than most of the first newer shape C-classes by about a grand so well worth the travel out up to Liverpool from a guy with a debt problem......hope hes got things sorted !!

This is my second olympus digital camera and i am very pleased with the c-220.
Its light and not bulky like the fuji finepix,it runs off two rechargeable batteries which seem to last a long time.The 2 mega pixels the camera gives you give very good results even printing at a4 size but i put this down to the high quality lenses that Olympus use,this is why in my opinion you should always buy cameras from companies that specialise ie not Goodmans,Toshiba,Samsung,Sharp etc but companies like Olympus,Canon,Kodak,fuji etc.
The c-220 has a 3x digital zoom and a 3x optical zoom,the optical zoom means you can zoom in on a subject upto 3 times without losing picture quality this happens if you just have a digital zoom.
The camera has several different flash types and also a 15 second video mode,but there is no sound so it looks a bit like cine ...
