My 3 year experience with this phone was awesome; I have never seen such a phone with so many options. Per license cost almost 200$ per channel and phone cost you around 400$. You can use this Phone without Mitel as well using SIP protocol and you don't need any license t some of the function might don't work for you if using with other technology as I am still digging out how to use the programmable keys with asterisk PBX or directly using any long distance carrier . You can configure this phone using Web GUI when using SIP protocol.

The phone out look is totally professional, good for corporate use but I don't like the orange display screen it has, I am sure they can give better screen as the cost is too high.
I don't recommend this product to home users who want to use it with SIP, cos the alternate options are much cheaper in price and same options as programmable key not working for me till yet, neither the support people told me much on this,
I recommend this to corporate use only who have MItel solution implemented and can spend soo much money on mitel technology. If some one wants to spend a good amount of money on a best technology for telephony should go for Mitel. The rest can use Asterisk PBX for free.
