Advantages Advantages Looks mean, stylish and enjoyable to drive

Disadvantages Disadvantages None, except it may need a slighty bigger pair of wheels

You take a glance in your mirror and you see grinning back at you the mean looking front end of the Mitsubishi Galant. Worry, you should. That's the car that you should be driving. Instead, its just gone flying past. I think an investment is needed. The 2.0 litre GLS drives all its power hard in the ground and with such a smooth ride you do not even notice the colossal speed you've gained. The Galant looks sharp and so much different to European cars. The electronics that go on throughout the car make it work as efficiently and economically as possible while still giving a business class drive ... more

Advantages Advantages very comfy and fast

Disadvantages Disadvantages cost £60 to fill up

This is an amazing car. We actually have the sport estate version. It has a fantastic body kit on it not to wild but very sophisticated . The interior is very nice, incredibly comfy for long journeys with the sporty look carrying on inside it has a momo steering wheel like in a lotus ellise with a colored speed guage that lights up when the engine is turned on in a high vilocity red. Definatly one of the best looking estates of its time and still looks good against the new BMW or Mercedes estates. Moving on to the 2.0 litre engine shame that with the petrol price rising it has become quite ... more

Advantages Advantages style, comfort, economy, spec

Disadvantages Disadvantages subject to cross winds

i bought one of these 18 months ago. it went in for an MOT today and all it got was 2 minor observations. it sailed through. in the time that i have had it, the only work carried out was a clutch which went 6 weeks into my ownership. i saw the car advertised and i bought it unseen from a trader and i am not disappointed. it is a fabulous car and it is under-rated which is good for any buyer. the particular model i bought has everything you want included. all round auto windows, a/c, e/h/m, cc, ff, twin airbags etc etc etc the list goes on and on. the fuel consumption depends on how you drive ... more

Advantages Advantages Supreme comfort and space

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Low MPG

I had a Mitsubishi 2.0GLS saloon from new for 3 years/145000 miles and do we miss it! This car was big and comfortable you could sit 4 6 footers in this car and drive forever.Myself and 2 colleagues with 3 sets of clothes for a fortnight and all our tools travelled over to Dusseldorf from leeds via Dover/Calais with absolutely no complaints about comfort. It had loads of power and would lug loads around without any groans although an average MPG of about 26 is to be expected even with motorway driving but as I found out during the fuel blockades this can be stretched well into the 30's if you ... more

Advantages Advantages good aggresive appearence; stable on the road; comfortable; big baggage carier

Disadvantages Disadvantages not very economical; thin tins; roller-bearings

I have such a car for not a very long time, but I am happy, because i have been dreaming about GALANT for almost three years. I got to tell, that this car has a very good aggresive appearence, it is fast, stable on the road and to drive it is a real pleasure. When I sat in such a car, almost at the moment I felt, that GALANT is my car, it fits to me perfectly. But I have to tell, that this car is not very econimical at pont of view of petrol. People have to drive slowly and not to press the accelarator pedal to the medal to fit 10-11 litres for a 100 kilometers in town driving. I have to add ... more
