I bought one of these for £40 in October to replace an antiquated pay as you go phone; when I had my phone stolen in January, I bought another one to replace it. It was still the best cheap phone I could find on Virgin mobile; it's small, fairly light, and looks more expensive than it is. The battery lasts and recharges fine. I do worry about what would happen if I dropped it though...!
On the downside, some of the menus can be a bit hard to navigate around, and I haven't found a way to select the sound to play when an SMS arrives.
Overall though, I'd recommend it as a good, cheap handset if you're looking for a pay as you go phone.
