The Mitsumi recordable CD drive offers a highly reliable 4X write speed with the power and performance of an 8X read speed. The Mitsumi CD Recorder with its Enhanced IDE interface can be installed easily and is fully compatible with almost any PC for true plug-and-play capabilities. Mitsumi's CD-R is ideally suited for writing and storing massive amounts of data, up to 650 MB per disk. CD-R can write and read in a large range of formats including multi-session Photo CD and CD-DA so you can store original photos, Internet images and more. The Mitsumi CD-R is non-erasable, allowing you to backup your most important files and secure them in one easy step.
Advantages: Does everything a CD Re-Writer should do Disadvantages: Not as fast as some of the later drives
...I wanted cheap backup media, I wanted easy access to all the MP3's I have, I wanted to clear some of the clutter on my hard drive, so, what options did I have. I could have gone for another hard drive - No. I could have gone for a Zip drive - Not enough on a disk. I know, a CD Re-Writer. OK, it has to be simple to use because I haven't used one before, it has to be able to create all formats of CD and above all, it has to be within my price range (which isn't very much).
Right, this is where the search commenced for my new CD Re-Writer. I looked at all the options, prices and makes and finally came to the conclusion that the MitsumiCR 4804-TE was the drive I needed. I ordered it online and within a week, I had a parcel delivered to my door :-)
We all have to start in computers at some time and at the time I recieved my new CD Re...

Advantages: Able to be used to transfer files Disadvantages: Lack of compatibilaty
...It all started one merry day when i bought myself a nice little phone with built camera and bluetooth. 'OO' i said to myself, 'I can buy a bluetooth adaptor and link it to my PC to transfer over my pictures'. So I went out and bought a bluetooth adapter (dongle), it was at a reasonable price.
I got my dongle home, installed the drivers, installed the Mitsumi software, and activated the bluetooth on my phone. It was great, they could see each other, i got them paired and then sent some pictures from my phone to my PC. It all worked. After browsing the Nokia website I found the version of Nokia PC suite for my 7650. I downloaded the 30mb program and installed it. I had my phone and my pc paired, but when i tried to get Nokia PC Suite to contact my phone, it didn't work.
I then spent many hours in forums looking for a way...

Advantages: BEST VALUE for money and Service. Disadvantages: Has not got a Brand name
...You need a CDr/w. You need one at a good price with good fucntion?.. then the only real choice is a misumi. Wait, before you read this, if you have LOTS of MONEY, go buy a Plextor,, You'll get the same service, but pay more for the sticker on the front.
Mitsumi, have come across a gem, with the advent of their CD recorders. They are the best value for money and have the specs that only branded companies like Yamaha and plextor have.
the Drive has enough ram to end all buffer underruns (2 meg, 4 megs in ther new one) and the CD can burn and read all Cd discs. It had DAO and TOA facility with ability to overburn and write on 80 mins CD's. The level of support from their main website is second to none. This is a very good recorder at the price, and has given many years of good service. So good, i bought the new model!. I researched...

I bought this card reader at that famous hit-tech computer store ;) Tesco. So I didn't expect that much especially at the price but it was going to be better than my ultra cheap no name card reader it replaced.
I've been using this card reader now for more
The problem with writing a review about a phone holder which only holds the blandest of the Nokia range is that you soon jump through the Stargate in to a world of boring facts, because lets be honest it's a phone holder. Imaging the lion the witch and... more
