A teen mag for girls aged 10-14. Mizz is personally my favourite magazine, and I buy it regularly. It's good for some celebrity stuff mixed with interesting articles, features and just plain girlie things. It's quite educational too, really, as the magazine regularly has informative articles on issues such as drugs, teen troubles and boys. It also includes a story based on a fictionary teenaged girl called Tippa. She's a regular teen with these special powers like her nan and her telepathic cat, Ounce. It's a good story, actually, which keeps you tuned in with an episode in each issue. Mizz Summer Specials are pretty pricey at £2.60, but they are also pretty much worth the cash with almost double the normal number of pages and a load of extra summery features. I think the best parts of Mizz magazine are the Cringes, (usually very cheesy and unreal, so all the funnier!) the Tippa stories and the bit where there's all these recommended clothes, accessories, and jewellery, usually set around a theme. A fun and overall interesting mag that's OK to read through again and you can learn things from the real life stories and special features as a plus, too. Highly recommended for the 10-14-year-old girl who likes a bit of gossip, girly things and fun stuff, which is what you can find in a Mizz mag.
