Vodafone is the Best service provider in India

Advantages: good network, different-different value added services.
Disadvantages: costlier than other

...Among them I found that vodafone is the best service provider. Slogan of vodafone "happy to help" proved by themselves. The reason for saying the best service provider from my point of view is transperancy of vodafone. There are many cellular operators in India and they are also claiming that they are the best service providers. But I think that they are not transperant in their service. Because when I have dispute of bill amount or any other service ...

Good Service but don't get caught out

Advantages: Good customer service, competative prices, good reception
Disadvantages: Advertised prices don't include VAT, non-direct debit charge

I decided to go on Dolphin 25 and got a free Blackberry 8310 when I had 3 months insurance as suggested by the sales person I spoke to on the phone (otherwise it would cost £90 which I thought quite expensive at the time). I found the customer service brilliant from day one and have always been helped and supported when I have needed it. The one thing I would warn prospective customers to do is ensure they can budget around the fact that the website ...
...not well explained and surprised me, but the service I have had hs been worth it! I have been dissapointed by the fact if you do not wish to set up direct debit it is over £3 a month extra. But this is the only problem I have had. ...

O2 have been the best for me

Advantages: so many tarrifs to choose from
Disadvantages: none

...now for 2years im with o2 and have never been as pleased with a network. There are many tarrif's to choose from as well as text, call and internet bolt on's. I am currently on o2 unlimited which includes of unlimited calls and texts to any o2 number's, all i have to do is top up £15 a month but i stll get that credit to spend on calls and text to other networks and land lines. It is the normal rate of 25p a min to other mobiles which isnt to bad ...
...i get unlimited internet browsing. O2 also has surprises, you get a code sent to you every time you top up, you then go on the website and have to pick a duck in the water and you can get all sorts of things from free weekend calls to all network to buy one get one free pizza'a at pizza hut. The last thing you get aswel if you sign up is o2 reward and that is every 3months you get 10% of every top up you have made credited back to your balance. ...

Tesco pay as you go sim card - great

Advantages: what ever you top up they top up up to £30
Disadvantages: I cant see any

...I decided to go with Tesco because the sim card I got would double my to up, Up to £30. I origionally though this would be an introductory thing but later found out this was every month. Every month I have topped up £10 and got £10 free, This is brilliant I have so far never needed to top up more than £10 a month. I would highly recomend this to any one it is great value and the free double always makes a real diffrence. I have also found the reception ...
