Good network provider Advantages: Good price plans and network service Disadvantages: The range of mobile phones on its mobile phone contracts I used to be with vodafone for a while and I have to say I really enjoyed their service. I was part of this priceplan where I was able to get 60minutes per week free or something if i topped up £5 free and also free weekend texts and calls. They also provided very good reception service (4 or 5 bars out of 5 for signal), as I never was out of signal, only a few times when I am travelling on the tube (well you obviously do not get any signal on the ... ...I didn't want to leave the network as I wanted an iPhone 3g and only o2 offered it, but now soon vodafone will be offering the iPhone so I think when my current contract runs out I shall change back onto vodafone!! o2 is mint! Orange network in general Advantages: Great contracts on offer, good reception, good service Disadvantages: Not consistent waiting times when phoning cust services - can wait a while at peak times I have been with the Orange network since owning my first mobile phone at the age of 16 (13 years ago) and (touch wood) I have encountered very little problems with them. At present my partner and I have both our mobile phones and our home broadband with Orange because we believe they offer good customer service as well as cost efficient prices. The Broadband we get from them amounts to just £5.00 with unlimited downloads which is an offer they advertise ... ...limited downloads instead. Orange offer a wide range of contracts to suit all needs. There are 3 different groups of contract offered by orange which are named Racoon, Dolphin and Panther. Should you be after inclusive text messages then a Dolphin contract would suit you best. Fantastic Texting Abroad Advantages: 10p per minute text to abroad Disadvantages: Sound quality not so good My family have recently gone on holiday to Bulgaria. We were texting till they boarded the plane, WHICH WAS GREAT. I continued texting when I realised that my messages were still going thru. Unfortunately my daughter did not realise that this service was available and her phone has run out of credit, so she has had to use standard phone (Very Expensive) She does not seem able to top up her phone in Bulgaria!!!
