I own this phone. It is a clam phone which is useful as the buttons don't get pressed by accident in your pocket, and it is quite slim, though nothing like the Razr - about an inch thick, I'd say. I got this phone about 15 months ago, and it has been very useful and reliable. When I first got it, the keys seemed to require a lot of pressure to activate them, but it seems that this is less of a problem now.
