W960i...Bravo, Sony Ericsson!!!
Review of Sony Ericsson W960i by jeaniecz

Advantages: touchscreen, walkman player, adjustability
Disadvantages: I've listed a few

Sony Ericsson W960i One of the newest Sony Ericsson cell phones on the market, a great promise, but what's inside for real - can SE live up to its promise, can't they or do they give even more? I've upgraded to W960i after years of using W800i and a brief Nokia E51 experience. Quick summary The phone takes about a minute to start and you can select among switching on the phone or a flight mode - safe to use the device on board or ...
...useful. Software Sony Ericsson PC Suite on the CD allows you to synchronize phone with your computer, create backups and transfer files. The file transfer can however be also used in simple USB mass storage device mode, where the speed is amazing - 6 to 8MB per second!! That allows you to transfer your music library into the phone quite quickly, especially since there's 8GB of flash memory to fill, plus 160MB phone/media memory. When making ... Read review

Nokia E90 Communicator
Review of Nokia E90 Communicator by cport80

Advantages: Web zoom, flip history, mSD slot, GPS & 3.2mp camera
Disadvantages: Price, price, no speel chqr, price, startup time and price

Having recently reviewed the Nokia N810 internet tablet and discovered it is little more than an executive toy, I approached the E90 without any expectations. I'm glad to say that so far I have not found any unusual missing features. Yes unlike the N810 this device actually has a phone. And that's not all, there are even some productivity applications in the form of a simple word processor and spreadsheet. From the outside the phone appears to be ...
...standard mini-USB so kudos to Nokia for a design that people may actually be able to use without spending another £20-30 on accessories. As if that wasn't enough there's a micro SD card slot right next to the USB port which means you can actually take the card out without removing the battery (well, you can if you have fingernails or tweezers as the card slot isn't spring loaded). Nokia even supply a 512mb card in the box with a micro-sd to standard-sd ... Read review

NOKIA N76 - show me a better clam phone....
Review of Nokia N76 by milwayj

Advantages: Multimedia especially Music excellent, Robust, easy to use
Disadvantages: Expensive, a bit bulky, can lose its good looks fast

...ever had. I am pleased Nokia finally entered the clam market and this is the result. The overriding quality is the multimedia capability of this phone, the radio and music player is on the front of phone and is excellent, very user friendly and handy, If you add the 2GB memory card it basically replaces your Ipod which it has for me as you can store 500 songs on it then. The fact it uses normal earphone socket is very appealing too. It has a great ...
...you always expect from a Nokia phone in terms of the interface and menus, which is very important - no random questions and illogical poaths like you get with a Samsung. With the amount of shortcuts and buttons instantly available you can pretty much get to anywhere you want on the phone in two button pushes. The texting is as easy as ever, as Nokia tend to do this best, again far better than the Motorola Razr. Not only in my opinion it is one of ... Read review

Samsung F490
Review of Samsung SGH-F490 by ardleyf

Advantages: Great 5mp. camera touch screen and great croix interface
Disadvantages: not everyone likes touch screens, very large and bulky

This is my new phone and i couldn't be happier with it. It does look as though it rivals the iphone and the lg viewty. and in my opinion it beats both. the croix interface is similar to the layout of the iphones but has different features which are more phone orientated and less away from the ipod factor. The camera beats the iphones by far with a 5 mega pixel instead of just a 2 mp. it is the same as the lg viewties but is more discrete on the back ...
...the iphones which is far better than the viewtys tacky plastic touch. i also prefere this phone far better than the iphone as it looks nicer and has easy and more convenient buttons. in my oppinion it is the second best after the iphone if not as good as. This phone is on vodafone. ... Read review
