I got the LG Viewty about 7 months ago on contract for O2. The phone is reasonably expensive, but not when you compare it to the iPhone or other similar things. So, if you want a phone like this then it is great value for money. The touch screen is sensitive and very easy to use. You can use the QWERTY keyboard to make typing texts and emails much easier. You can watch films sideways on the phone, making full use of the screen in great quality, but it is hard to get films encoded right so that they player. ...is a known fault to LG and you can ring up and LG will clean the screen and swap the case this has happened to me, lastly the silver edging on the phone can flake off when kept in a pocket this has also happened to me finally because your fingers are constantly on the screen the screen becomes mucky and scratched. This is a very good phone for people looking to get some entartainment from their phones and don't want to pay too much. Got this as a simple phone, not expecting much. Easy to use, and not too big. Lack of camera, bluetooth etc. is a downside, but for the price, what can you expect?
