I have been using the K800i for the past eighteen months. It is without a doubt the best mobile I have used to date. The camera is excellent. The battery life is excellent. hi i have had the sony k850i since april this year . in the three months that i have owned it i have had to send it back twice in 4 weeks for the same fault the phones freezes, very anoying. i find that txting is not all that easy with the buttons being as proud on the phone your fingers just dont glide over the it very well. not too sure about the touch screen either yet quite often you can find yourself in the wrong menu for example its a bit slow ... I've had this phone for a couple of months now and although it looks nice and is relatively durable, the screen scratches incredibly easily. My biggest problem is the battery which seems to last a maximum of 48 hours on standby! This really is terrible and which I put down to recieving a bad battery until I met a friend with the same phone and exactly the same problem. Watch out for this and get a replacement if you can.
