Worth every single penny
Review of LG KU990 Viewty by calumneilson

Advantages: Easy to use, good screen, music, movies and many other features
Disadvantages: Expensive, can be fiddly to work

I got the LG Viewty about 7 months ago on contract for O2. The phone is reasonably expensive, but not when you compare it to the iPhone or other similar things. So, if you want a phone like this then it is great value for money. The touch screen is sensitive and very easy to use. You can use the QWERTY keyboard to make typing texts and emails much easier. It has a great web browser that is fairly fast and makes pages look almost identical as on ...
...does it's job. If you get a memory card you can also play films/movies and even download applications to go on the phone. You can watch films sideways on the phone, making full use of the screen in great quality, but it is hard to get films encoded right so that they player. Overall the phone is really brilliant, well worth the money for me. ... Read review

A very good phone for its price.
Review of Sony Ericsson K300i by calumneilson

Advantages: Good features, very cheap, reliable
Disadvantages: Bad camera, bad internet

A fairly good phone, for a simply amazing price. This phone comes from only £30 or £35, which is really great value, especially considering it's features. It does everything you need, but also has a camera, web browser, email and even games. The camera is poor quality, but it ok for taking a few snaps. The web browser is small and converts pages so they look different, but at least it works. The phone is very small and light and pretty strong. ...
...and is still going. The keys are fairly small, but once you get used to them you can type text messages and email very fast. The screen is tiny, but has some very good colour tones and does what it is meant to do, but nothing more. To top this all off, the phone doesn't actually look bad. ... Read review

Lg Viewty
Review of LG KU990 Viewty by Hattieg

Advantages: Touch Screen makes easy useage, Easy to navigate, A good looking phone
Disadvantages: Poor Camera, Touch Screen can freeze, Battery runs out quickyly

I've had this phone for just under a year now (on orange contract) and at first i really hated it, but slowly i got use to the touch screen and i started to enjoy using the phone. It has some great little features and i love how interactive it is, for example you can use four different ways to text/email; Keyboard, Keypad, and two options where you write in the words yourself. And picture are great to view on this phone as it has such a huge screen. ...
...dropped it on many occasions, and have very few dents, although my screen is quite scratched, i probably should have used a cover on it. Although there are ups to this phone there are also downs. I have had many problems especially with the touch screen, and have now had to send it away to be fixed as it was frequently freezing and one of the 3 buttons (delete button) doesn't work making texting very hard. The battery life is awful even on standby, ... Read review

Great phone, excellent camera
Review of Samsung SGH U900 Soul by charwai

Advantages: excellent camera, cool touch screen, large screen
Disadvantages: slow camera

...and then i saw the samsung soul, i had seen it advertised and the tune on the advert had been stuck in my head for days! i messed around with it on the display and it was nice to hold, not too small and was nice and chunky. so i decided to get it. once i got it home i put it on charge, when on charge the little touch screen showed a large picture of a battery charging. after that was complete, i was playing around with the phone, as the touch screen ...
...not, (the hang up, answer, contacts and internet buttons) so it is hard to get used to when pressing the touch screen then a button that isnt u expect that to be touch screen, and dont end up pressing it hard enough. the set up off the phone, is like most samsungs, but if youve never had one before, its easy to adjust to. as for the camera, it is excellent quality. it is abit slow at taking the picture then saving it. it also has 3g so you can video ... E51 second to iPhone
Review of Nokia E51 by Jacobnoahblues

Advantages: Slim and lightweight
Disadvantages: Fiddly keys and software

I purchased the E51 as a second phone to my iPhone, the E51 looks great and all the reviews seemed good, but i've found that setting up the phone for email, contacts, calendar synchronisation is difficult. The menu keys around the main centre select button are fiddly if you have big hands and fingers and the navigation button is also tricky to use as its around the central main select button which causes mistaken key presses. Its far from simple ... Read review
