Great phone but get insurance or on contract

Advantages: Email, music, Suretype, applications, easy to setup
Disadvantages: Mine did go wrong, headphones suck, frequent charging needed

I got my BlackBerry free on contract and I also have insurance. I love my BlackBerry and won't ever go back to a normal phone and here is why: Emails to BlackBerry = Some would see this is a curse but for me it means I caan read, reply or delete during my day meaning one less job to do when I get home. I have multiple email accounts on mine meaning I miss nothing. Music (Media) = I use mine as an MP3 Player. I love it. Applications = Facebook annoys ...
...is also good and it plays videos (of course), it has lots of other features too. The predictive text on this phone is far superior to any other I have used so the fact the keyboard is small causes me no trauma, a guy may find it hard but I get on fine. My Pearl is Indigo in colour. So here are the issues if you are buying full price without contract you should be mindful of: - My phone gave me the white-screen-of-death with a spinning egg timer and ...

Blackberry Curve 8310 - My First Smart Phone

Advantages: emails alerts, send and receive email, chat via Yahoo Messenger, Facebook, Blackberry Messenger
Disadvantages: difficult menu for first smart phone user

I got this Blackberry 8310 as a present a couple months ago. At first, I’m not interested in using such a complicated phone and I feel difficult to adjust from regular cell phone to this smart phone. But after reading the manuals and learning by doing, I find this blackberry 8310 is very helpful and interesting. Besides the usual features/ menus that we can find in ordinary cell phone, there are many useful features include in this Blackberry Phone; ...
...lost anymore. With Blackberry Phone, I can send message besides using ordinary text message, I also can send it through Blackberry Messenger and also chatting with my friends and family using Yahoo Messenger without any cost anymore. There are so many interesting menus in this Blackberry Phone; the one that very famous now is Facebook, where you can get connected with your friend, updating you status, profile, commented on their status and also you ...

An honest XDA Orbit review!!

Advantages: Loads of Features in a not so thick mobile
Disadvantages: No 3G and could have been faster

...had come with a Windows Mobile 5 built in but the O2 support website offered an upgrade to Windows Mobile 6 which was easily accessible and download able from the company's website itself. Also synchronization with PC was easy. Just to conclude am very happy and satisfied with the phone. ...

02X1

Advantages: Its a nice looking phone.
Disadvantages: Supposedly they burst into flames when recharged.

This is a good looking mobile. The only problem I have had with it is that 02 have now recalled all these handsets because of an instance in which an 02X1 burst into flames when being recharged. 02 have now disabled all 02X1 mobile phones from their network and are offering free replacement phones. The only problem with these replacements is that they are mostly worth around £49.99 and as anyone who has purchased an 02X1 knows the price paid for ...

O2 XDA 2

Advantages: Powerful, versatile PDA
Disadvantages: Battery run down can be disastrous

If you want a good all round communicator that keeps you in touch with the office both on voice and on email without being a geek with a degree in electronic engineering then this is for you. I'm in the broadcast business and mine's been specially adapted for recording but the ease with which I can send complex files wirelessly back to base is stunning. Add to that the usual features of accessing email, synchronising outlook, calendar with appointment ...
...is all you need in a slimline pocketable device. I didn't mention surfing the web but actually I find that a hassle on most mobile phones and this one's no exception. (probably just me). Be warned you do have to stay on top of battery charging especially with lots of wireless use or you lose everything. I don't personally use the bluetooth but I don't doubt it works well enough and I don't do downloads so can't comment on the MP3 aspect. Overall, ...
