Blackberry Curve 8900, my handheld lifesaver! Advantages: Amazing range of free features! Perfect for any busy person. Has memory for everything I need. Disadvantages: Easily scratched, I had to replace the headphones because they didn't fit snug. I can honestly say that I feel as if this small black and silver phone is the perfect replacement for all my scruffy notepads, my miniature diary and my laptop all in one. Contrary to popular belief I don't think this is a device for a middle-aged-business-type-man. Instead I feel it is the perfect device for anybody who is quite 'technically-literate!' Blackberry 8520 Vs. 8900 Advantages: Trackpad, dedicated media buttons Disadvantages: No case provided!!!! ...most companies but not for Blackberry and RIM, who seem to make every effort to guarantee smartphone satisfaction. I must say that I am loving the touchpad, it is probably easier to use than the trackball was, it feels more precise, and it doesn't make the annoying sound. The camera on the 8900 is in my opinion unarguably better, but with only a 2mp camera the 8520 really does RIM proud. A phone with a daft keypad Advantages: Easy to use email and text mailboxes, maps, internet browser Disadvantages: Worst keypad layout ever! ...All in all, the Blackberry Pearl 8110 has a few too many faults for my liking. That said, it also has its good points such as being able to use maps on it and the internet browser, despite the small screen.
