...because I thought it was the funniest book I had ever read. I liked Bridget Jones a lot, and I thought the Shopaholic books were funny, but not like this. This character is so funny and there were so many jokes and daft things happening that it must have taken years to write. ...on her Nan. It wasn't the usual sort of humour - this was roaring with laughter humour that had me crying as I was reading. I can't imagine how hard it must be to do that. ...started reading I couldn't stop, the story is so compelling. I found myself with tears in my eyes while reading it, the story was so moving. This is such an unusual story, so worth spending time curled up in your chair and letting the story just unfold. My daughters both borrowed my book and read it, I waited several months and re-read it, still finding enjoyment even though I knew what was happening but letting the story engulf me again. Disadvantages: Quite a sad story.......wouldnt advise it if you are feeling down

One of the best books I have read in my entire life. This book has been handed around all the females in my family, and yes only the females, this is definately a womans story. Having said that, I found Henry a far more interesting character than Clare (both the main characters of this book) and even right until the end I found myself identifying more with him. This is a real emotional story and I defy anyone not to feel moved by it in some way. ...
...the final chapter. It is also a very lovely story with lots to smile about. I especially enjoyed the descriptions of Clares behaviour as a teenager as I know that is exactly how a teenage girl would behave, and im glad the writer didnt skim around that. Before you get into this review I have to warn you that 'Still Thinking of You' is a really light, easy read and definitely comes under the category of 'chick lit'! Having said this though, if this is your sort of read (even if only occasionally) then I would definitely recommend it!
