Spa at home!
Advantages: Great smell Disadvantages: None
I first tried Temple Spa Peace Be Still in a hotel. I was staying at the Trafalgar in Piccadilly Circus (a five star hotel and part of the Hilton group), and this is the range that they have in the bathrooms. This cream can be used on both the face and body and is meant to calm and 'settle' the skin. It has a beautiful fresh smell - it contains essential oils (coriander, lemon and nutmeg- this may sound an odd mix, but the result is delicious) - ... ...tonics, and the overly sweet smell of some of the fruit scented ones on the market. It sinks in really quickly, faster than any other body lotion I have used, but my skin felt smoother and softer straight way. I would say that if you like the feeling of having put on moisturiser and prefer a slight residue on the skin, this may not be for you as your skin feels almost dry to touch about 10 minutes after application. ...

Palmers Shea Butter Formula - 250ml
Advantages: Nice clean smell. Disadvantages: Had to fine in supermarkets.
This is by far the best of the Palmers (well I think so) really lovely fresh smell and the cream rubs in really well without leaving sticky residue. A bit more expensive than the regulary Cocoa Butter but well worth it. This says I've got to leave 120 words but really what else can I say about this although it isn't readily available in supermarkets and stores you have to hunt around for it. I think the best supplier is Waitrose as couldn't find ... ...that supplies please let me know. I found it in my sisters bathroom when I had to stay with her for a few weeks this year and now I am a total convert (well when I can find a supplier in the Reading area).. Wow enough already 130 words... Whoo hoo ...

Floral hand cream fights the winter cold.
Advantages: Keeps my hands nice and soft, and I love the smell. Disadvantages: Screw top lid!! Hand creams should not have these.
I recently became an Avon Rep to earn a small amount of extra cash, despite the fact I'm not a huge fan of many Avon products. However I needed a new hand cream and when this was only 99p I thought it wouldn't hurt to give it a go! The Skin So Soft range is a popular seller in the Avon catalogues, and there is always great deals on this range. The Winter Soft range was brought out just before Christmas and you can also get a Hand Wash and Body Cream ... ...however, as is usual with Avon products, you will most likely never buy this at full price. I bought it for only 99p and in the past 2 brochures I've noticed it's £1.50, this is quite usual for Avon. You get 75ml in the tub, which is about average size compared to other brands and is just small enough to fit into my handbag. To compare, the hand cream I recently finished using by Johnsons was only 50ml and cost me around the same price. The packaging ...

Really surprising!
Advantages: considering its called a lotion on the bottle its more of a thick cream, smells good, its gentle. Disadvantages: considering the price of this product, i think its great i have nothing bad to say =]
...on my weekly shop at asda i found myself wondering down their body care isle. I picked 3 to choose from which i narrowed down from reading the labels and found that this asda body lotion sounded like it would be as good as the higher priced one i had picked, and at £1.12p for a 400ml bottle, who wouldnt go for it? As soon as i got home i tried it on my skin and to my surprise it was much thicker than a lotion, i would say its more like a cream and ... ...and i felt moisturised for ages after. It didnt make my eczema flare up atall because its so gentle so i was happy to find a freshly scented cream that didnt irritate my eczema =] So overall i love this product and i now buy it whenever im running low it's great value for money and in my opinion its better on my skin than other leading brand moisturisers and lotions.
Thanks for reading & i hope i've helped you =] ...

Wonder Cream
Advantages: Works really well Disadvantages: Dispenser is a weak point.
...one. A colleague recommended the Doublebase Gel as she had it on prescription for her eczema. I was desperate so paid about £5 for a 100g tube and took it home. Two years later I buy the gel in a 500g pot at about £11 and find it is worth every penny! The productbis technically a gel due to its formulation but it appears like a cream.
Presentation
The container comes in a protective cardboard carton that is a deep pink colour with white writing. ... ...or chapped skin conditions which may also itch or be inflamed". The tub is completely clear plastic so it is easy to see how much gel is left. I love the look of the product, it is the most bizarre consistancy. It is white and shiny and leaves the sides of the tub completely when it moves around, very hard to explain! It comes with a pump dispenser which you have to twist anticlockwise once to open originally. If you need to lock the top, perhaps ...
