Soothes and Hydrates your skin RECOMMEND IT Advantages: hydrates skin, soothes sore/ sun burnt skin, absorbs quickly, all over body moisturising Disadvantages: none Vaseline Aloe Fresh with Aloe Vera and Cucumber, in my opinion, is the best moisturiser for all over body moisturising, . It is very versatile and I use it all over my body including my face. It absorbs into your skin very quickly, so it makes getting ready in the morning easier as make up can follow moisturising almost straight away. It is great value for money and you can buy it in 2 sizes, so one for holiday or handbag (maybe) and a larger one ... ...only is this moisturiser very good at hydrating the skin, it is perfect for a 2 in 1 moisturiser and after sun. It soothes sun burn and skin that has been exposed to the sun, a little trick of mine when I am on holiday or even on a hot day in england, is to put the moisturiser in the fridge (not the freezer) and make sure it is clearly labelled as moisturiser lol. Skin soo Soft Advantages: Keeps your skin smooth, its for all skin types, can be used as a lip gloss Disadvantages: could make you look greasy I have always used Vaseline pure petroleum jelly from when I was a kid and I think my mum used to use it on me when I was a baby. I mainly used it during the winter times because it kept my skin moisturized and it didn't dry up quickly like other skin lotions. It also helped to keep me warm from the winter colds. I also used Vaseline Pure petroleum Jelly for my lips, it kept my lips soft for a long time and I also put it on my lips when I go to sleep. ... ...always put a layer of Vaseline first before I put lip gloss. This is for the reason that Vaseline keeps my skin soft and does not dry it up. If I put the lip glosses without a layer of Vaseline on my lips, the lip gloss dries up quickly, this is rather annoying. When it's in the summer there is no point of buying lip gloss I always put Vaseline and the sun melts it on my lips and it shines like clear glass. Itchy Coo Advantages: hm.... Disadvantages: Rash, sticky skin, generally not good. I bought this product when it was on offer at Tesco (I believe it is a new one). It appealed to me as it is described as a gel body oil - now I like a nice oil from time to time, I actually prefer them in some instances to lotions which can take forever to rub in. This sounded like a neat idea to me and I like Vaseline's other moisturisers just fine. . When I first applied this I was intrigued -it was a clear gel, rather sticky and tacky feeling ... ...it just kind of sits on top of the skin, leaving a sticky film. Kind of eew. It has a rather cloying vanilla scent which was a bit over the top to me, especially when it is overpowering the perfectly nice scent of cocoa butterIt does leave a glowy sheen which might be nice for some purposes but when it comes to putting on clothes it's not nice to feel like they are stuck onto you with the rather firm adhesion of this product. .
