Just been for my first ride on my new Continental GrandPrix 4000 tyres, and thought I'd let you know about them. I know it's only a first use test, but will update this review when I've had them for a while. Also, I've assumed that if you're reading this, you have some interest and/or knowledge of bicycles. I hope that's OK...
Continental have over 100 years experience in the development and production of road and mountain bike tyres, at the Continental Two-Wheel division's technology and development centre in Korbach in Germany.
The GrandPrix 4000 road/race tyre is the sucessor to the excellent GrandPrix 3000 that I've had on my bike for 2 years or so. It's a "clincher" tyre (as opposed to a tubular tyre), so should fit most road/race wheels/rims. It was a bit of a narrow decision between these and the Continental Attack ...
Advantages: it's grand prix Disadvantages: only decent one out there
F1 World GrandPrix is by far the best F1 game available, The cars and drivers are fictional, however all of the tracks are real except they are not called by their actual names (except Monaco), they instead go by their country locations.
The Dreamcast version seems more polished and it even looks better than it's counterpart on PC.
I do not think i have ever been more addicted to a racing game. The cars are fast as they should be, and if you are not a careful driver you will pay dearly for it with this game.
Some people complain about the controls, however I like them since they are attempting to be as real as possible, it is a simulation racing game therefore the physics really make it a more in depth experience. The game is so realistic that the computer opponents have accidents when racing wheel to wheel
All in all a fine ...
Advantages: Sporty, not bad on gas Disadvantages: Haven't experienced any
Recently, I bought a used 1999 Pontiac GrandPrix. It only had 93,000 Kms on it. I am really impressed with the car. It handles great in the city and even better on the highway. When I bought the car I was expecting to get a winter beater but, this turned out to be a very reliable vehicle. Considering the year and size of the car, it is still fairly good on gas. It still has the factory stereo system in it, which has great bass and sound. This vehicle would make a great family car. I personally use it travel back and forth to work. I'm not really used to drive a bigger car although, the GrandPrix handles like a smaller vehicle. I would recommend the Pontiac GrandPrix to anybody looking for a reliable vehicle for a family or for personal use. ...
