Best replacement for CRT monitors
Review of Samsung SyncMaster 244T by
janjabacac
Advantages: view angle, contrast, brightnes, wide format, good colors
Disadvantages: price
I own this monitor and use it for graphic design. Few months I wanted to buy CRT monitor and established, that no one is making them anymore. It got me a little worried. But then my friend who also works as graphic designer recommended this monitor. And it was proven success. I don't regret any cents I paid for it. It has everything that good CRT monitors offered, the color are real, and the best of it goes to your eyes. Before I tried out this product ...

A Great Experience!
Review of Samsung SyncMaster 305T by
safari004
Advantages: Superb display quality,Good at everything and and and.......
Disadvantages: None
...always been a fan of Samsung products. I have used quite a few of them, ranging from mobile to display and other stuff. I will simply say that Samsung is very good at what ever it does. Although I sometimes I prefer other companies, still Samsung is worth spending money on. In flat panel displays, I have always opted for Samsung or Sony. This time I chose Samsung. Let's see what has it got to offer.

... ...Warranty And Support:
The Samsung SyncMaster 305T comes with a nice three-year warranty. The warranty covers parts, labor, and backlighting. Samsung also provides you toll-free technical support for the life of the display

Final Thoughts:
I really liked this display. It is definitely superior to many other displays in the same price range. I will strongly recommend it for office use. For gamers, there ...

Excellent screen
Review of Samsung SyncMaster 275T by
AdamHonek
Advantages: Wonderful screen and size, vivid colours, well built
Disadvantages: Possibly price but you get what you pay for
Excellent screen, ignore what some others say about the dot pitch being on the large side at .303mm, it's not something you notice unless you sit really close up. The image clarity is just as good as 1920x1200 on 24 inch models, doesn't feel grainy at all.
Excellent colour reproduction (97% gamut) and a healthy array of options to tweak visual settings etc. Comes with some USB ports and S-video, Component interfaces so you can plug it into say your ... ...speakers necessary). The backlight is VERY powerful, even when set at 20% the screen is bright enough for use.
The size of the screen itself makes it a real joy to use regardless what you do. Having the ability to display two full blown A4 Word documents/pages side by side is wonderful, the same can be said if one uses Excel. No or very little ghosting, the panel is rated at 6ms GtG.
The screen has height, swivel and tilt adjustment so can accomodate ...

Good Monitor, But not built for moves.
Review of Samsung SyncMaster 213 T by
Nate9090
Advantages: Crisp and Clear Picture, Lightweight
Disadvantages: Bad Durability, Hard to plug in cords
I came home from school one day a year or two ago to find this beauty sitting on my family's computer desk. It was our first flat panel monitor and it was a great improvement over its old, large, and quite heavy predecessor. It's plug ins are in hard to get to places underneath the monitor and some cords are quite stiff and hard to get hooked up although this is only a minor annoyance. It has both digital DVI and Analog input which is nice because ... ...The picture is very clear and crisp and when playing video games it is only limited by the game itself and the computer. It is also lightweight which is a great improvment over older "box" monitors.
Now, after so long it has been through quite a lot, including at least four moves and several accidents. Its pivot broke and now it requires propping up to prevent it from "leaning" forward at an absurd angle. Its screen is relatively unmarred with only ...

22" of visual satisfaction
Review of Samsung SyncMaster 2253BW by
theenglishviet
Advantages: Bright, crisp display, widescreen, top specs
Disadvantages: no height adjustment.
...photoshopping etc. Anyway, Samsung has always been considered a very well known brand in the world of computer displays. This model, the Syncmaster 2253BW is among the last line of Samsung displays where they actually build their own TFT panels. So for less than £150 from Dabs, I thought I'd snap it up, especially considering the specs that came with it.
In short, the important specs:
22" widescreen
DVI and VGA inputs (with HDCP)
1000:1 (8000:1 ... ...resoultion
First impressions are that this is not a rather large monitor, it is also rather good looking. The thin black gloss bezel around the main display is complemented by a nice clear plastic along the bottom, of which the control buttons are behind and power light is reflected onto. This blue power LED is rather bright and can get distracting at times, although it is very useful if you have left your monitor on without knowing as it blinks ...
