I bought one of these to go with my ACER PC. Having already purchased an LCD I didnt want to have to spend a load on another so I bought this. But at £170 I should have just bought the LCD..... ...the base it took me 4 or 5 attempts to figure out how to attach it. On doing so I placed it on my desk only to find that the base is not strong enough to hold the weight of the monitor. If you angle it up at the back it just drops back again. The other major problem with the unit is that the actual tube is nothing short of titanic. Being IBM, the monitor was not the cheapest on the market but I like the reliability and servicing options available. The resolution is quality is good and colours are quite vibrant.
