J' adore Samsung monitors!
Review of Samsung SyncMaster 920NW by
thewhitewolf
Advantages: very efficient, space saving and a great performer
Disadvantages: none
...sitting on a sturdy base. Samsung include some weighting in the base of the stand to prevent it wobbling or tipping over as some other monitors can and do do! If you want to wall mount your screen then go ahead as this is possible and i can say as i have tried this, that this is a great way of playing games as the images go right to the tubes edge.
It's a plug-in and use screen so installation is very simple. I simply opened the box, plugged it ...

Samsung 2032BW Review
Review of Samsung SyncMaster 2032BW by
nollie99
Advantages: Looks Fantastic, Easy to Set Up
Disadvantages: A little on the expensive Size, Dead Pixel (Dependent on monitor)
I bought the Samsung 2032BW to replace my 18-month old HP vs19e after braking. It is an extremely stylish glossy black screen which looks tremendous. It is simple to use and simple to set up - Just plug it in and it works straight out of the box. It uses the same power supply as PC's which I see as a useful advantage. It has a variety of settings which can be adjusted - Brightness, Contrast, Color Tone, Color Control, Gamma, MagicColor Settings, ... ...(which seems a little pointless), even brightness settings for the LED around the on/off button. When you first set the monitor up it will use an auto-detect setting which will automatically apply settings, but I recommend experimenting a little for the best display you can get. I do not know very much about monitors and cables, but there is also 'DVI-Out' port.
It has a very high resolution of 1680x1050 which looks fantastic. As mentioned on the ...

A Screen for all occasions!
Review of Samsung SyncMaster 940MW by
hackersupr
Advantages: Multifunctional.
Disadvantages: Not as pretty as glossy new models. Limited PiP.
The Samsung Syncmaster 940MW is a great multifunction monitor with multiple inputs, a built in TV tuner. The screen is also HD ready supporting up to 1080i through component and VGA.
Unboxing:
The box was rather big and had a handy carry handle to help you easily transport this monitor anywhere. Inside the box you get, the monitor itself (in plenty of packaging to prevent damage), the monitor base, the remote control which comes with 2 AAA batteries, ... ...that they didn't include a DVI cable as you will want one of these for best possible picture quality.) A manual is not included however you do get a CD including full PDF manual and digital and analogue drivers for optimal picture quality depending on the input you are using.
Looks:
The monitor is reasonable stylish, the front is finished in a matt silver, the rest of the casing is a dark blue. The base is dark blue with a circular silver band ...

lcd monitor
Review of LG L194WT by
summah07babe
Advantages: price
Disadvantages: none
very impressed with thi LG monitor , as all LG products very very good support and very pleasing design. i would highly recommend this monitor is your in to gaming or like to watch movies. one slight thing i didn\'t like it takes awhile to power back on after going in to standby mode. other than that quite simply a high spec dream. Value for money wise, this monitor is excellent. In technical terms, it has a pretty standard brightness of 800cmd2, ... ...of the water, and it also has a quick 5ms response time, which means you won\'t get ghosting with quick-moving images like games or movies. It\'s good-looking too; This is a 19\" Widescreen LCD Monitor. It has a resolution of 1140x900 i have to set mine to 1024 x 768 as my pc does not recognise the recommended resolution, but it works great even at this resolution. It is currently available from £169.99 - £199.99. I fell lucky with mine, it was on ...
