Think I have fallen in love all over again! As you wonderful people know I simple adore my face masques, my favourite brand by far is Montagne Jeunesse. Thank you to my online friend for sending me this masque.

My Findings:

Wow comes to mind when I used this masque, the fragrance, how it made my skin look and feel, it just ticked all the boxes going for me really. This has now become my first time favourite one next to their skin polisher.The masque is suitable for skin type –

• Oily
• Combination
• Normal
• Dry

To start with follow the instructions given before use you have to thoroughly cleanse face, so it free any make up/oil/dirt ect. It then states before use to place sachet in hand hot water for one minute, once one minute is up open sachet and apply evenly over face and neck with fingertips. Remember to avoid eyes and lips whilst applying the masque. Leave the masque on for around 10-15 minutes, and then it is time to lay back and relax.When applying this masque to my face it was lovely, as I had warmed it up before hand. The gel is a medium consistency and within the masque you can free the sugar grains which are surprisingly nice and soft rubbing over my skin. It is a little sticky, however it just felt so soft and the aroma was just so scrumptious. Opening the sachet for the first time I had a wonderful sweet scent, like freshly made candyfloss from a carnival.

Once the time is up, sadly it was time to wash this masque off my face. It is recommended to remove to just rinse with water. As I splashed my face with warm water the masque came of so easy, this really has to be one of the easiest masque I’ve washed from my face. It just slid off with ease and within second the masque was washed off. When all was removed I just gently patted my face dry.

While this masque was working its magic on my face I noticed it does not dry like a mud masque or nor does it set like a peal masque. It stays wet on your face, which I personally really liked. It is recommended for lasting results to use this masque once a week. This is certainly one I shall do more often now. I really think this is one of the best masques ever from this brand.

Looking in the mirror once my face was dry, I was extremely happy with the results. My face looked fresh, deeply cleansed and healthy. Then to feel my face, well I have never felt it this soft before. One thing I loved also this feeling lasted a good two days, so yes a very happy me.

The helping properties of this masque are –

Honey – Which is to help keep skin hydrated preventing any further drying to the skin.

Passion Flower – This is antibacterial and healing for the skin which aids it protecting and purifying the skin.

Passion Flower is also rich in vitamin A, C and potassium.

Sugar – To help exfoliate and refresh the skin.

Like in true brand style the packaging is bright and welcoming; the sachet is easy to open. Packet is recyclable once empty.

Overall:

My skin has never felt so soft and refreshed from first use the difference in my skin is amazing. So as you can guess I would certainly recommend this masque, even ordered one for my mom! The smell was just like you wanted to have it on cake for icing!
