PACKAGING

This stuff comes in very attractive,luxurious packaging this is initially what swayed me into buying it and now i am glad to say i will be purchasing it on a regular basis. I am usually not one to spend money on things like this because quite frankly i just never believed they would do what they claimed to do. I have bought expensive products before and wound up being rather disappointed and not to mention broke from splashing out on them and only to find there no better than other ones of the same idea which have more reasonable price tags anyway.

I do believe this is slightly expensive it wont break the bank off course but i previously just couldn't bring myself to part with the money for them because they are almost two pounds and i wasn't aware that there was so much supplied in the sachets either . I always wanted to try them though because the packaging of these products does draw you in especially for this particular product its very eye catching with its red and pink background coloring and picture of a woman with her face covered in blue mud and various other things including leafs on her eyes, she appears very relaxed and after all who doesn't like the fought of some time to relax? Who doesn't want to pamper themselves? This seems to offer that with its claims of anti stress wrote in vivid ice blue colored writing and for that reason its very appealing and the fact that one of its main ingredients is dead sea minerals only makes it more appealing as i have heard good things about it.

WHAT DOES IT CLAIM TO DO?

It claims to be relaxing and to have benefits of anti stress and also that it provides deep pore cleansing and that it will be revitalizing and leave your skin feeling toned and smooth.

ARE THESE CLAIMS TRUE?

OK well first thing i will say and probably the only negative thing i can say about it is that as with many things the picture you are shown on the front is nothing like how the stuff actually appears when it is on your face. I expected quite thick easily spreadable creamy bubblegum blue mud on my face and the reality of it is a powder blue almost on the white side colored mud that is not quite what the cover of the product leads you to believe but then what ever is? The claim of deep pore cleansing is indeed justified. It certainly did what it promised there. It may not look like it does on the cover but it is still lovely and after you have used it your face feels very soft and smooth but what about its claims that your skin will be revitalized and toned? Well revitalizing means restoring something to new life which i would interpret as meaning that it causes your skin to be in better condition than it was prior to your use of it. Does it do this? Yes in my opinion it certainly did my skin felt lovely after using it and it did appear more toned , healthy and even glowing and this effect lasted a long while too. It still feels nicer and softer today after having used it and an added bonus is that it smells quite pleasant too.

HOW DOES IT FEEL AND IS IT EASY TO APPLY?

It has a light creamy feel to it it certainly is not a thick substance which it leads you to believe when you look on the front of the packaging it appears as easily spreadable and thick as nutella chocolate spread which i use as a example because on the cover you see it on her face and it looks like it has the same sort of thickness but it unfortunately is far from it due to this It takes more than a few layers to get real good coverage but luckily there is a very generous amount supplied meaning i still had some over after i was finished. I was slightly disappointed because i did want a nice thick mask to relax in and also for the humor value because i think they look rather odd on and i fought it was funny when i wandered downstairs and was met by the rather curious expressions of my other family members who weren't aware i was putting it on.

As i am writing this i suddenly remember miss doubtfire when she pushes her face into the cake in her fridge and pops her head up and says oh hello dear even the cake she uses gives a thicker mask than this does. This sort of freezes your face and causes it to go stiff which is a rather peculiar feeling but overall it feels very relaxing and comfortable and its very enjoyable to use.

WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW?

This mask should be applied avoiding the eyes and mouth so it should only be applied to the surrounding areas. It did not sting or irritate my skin at all although i still advice those with allergy s to be careful and make sure all of its ingredients agree with you because it does warn you to first test your sensitivity to natural oils by applying a small amount to the inside of your upper arm and it also advices you to leave it at least 5 minutes and if a allergic reaction occurs then it advises that you should discontinue use of it its also warns that its not to be used on babies or younger children.

HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP THE MASK ON.

The mask should be applied and left on for 10 to 15 minutes.

REMOVAL

I found it was not as easy to remove as i previously assumed it would be. It takes a lot of water and scrubbing to fully remove it as it is quite stubborn and really sticks to your face which is a good thing for it to work but not quite so good when your trying to get it off lol.

MY OPINION

Even though some things weren't quite what they appeared to be it is still something i highly recommend for several reasons. One of them being that it actually does do what it tells you that it will and i was very satisfied with the results. So many other products claim to do what this does and have no effect whatsoever. This does Its fun to use even though its not quite so fun to remove lol but its more than worth putting up with that because after applying it my skin felt a lot better and another reason why it is great is the fun fabulous sachets they come in they are very colorful,pretty to look at and they make you feel like you really have got your moneys worth and also in each sachet there is quite a lot of the product supplied.
