Lo Salt - High taste!

I started buying Lo Salt quite a few years ago and quickly got used to the product and never changed back to normal salt. I did not have a specific reason to support my change, I simply wanted to lead a healthier life and seeing my dad always over-using salt when he cooks really made me think I did not want to follow the same pattern in my day to day living. I certainly do not enjoy bland food but I got so much used to not using much salt that for example if I boil veggies or potatoes I do not mind having any salt in them, I woud mind though having to eat pasta without it especially as you cannot add it once this has been cooked, you can only add it while you are in the process of boiling it otherwise you are absolutely ruined!! Advantages: Better for you but tastes the same

I am young and my blood pressure is spot on. But with age comes responsibility and, as docs would have it, hypertension, so I do the sensible thing of trying to get into semi-good habits now. I say semi-good because a properly good habit would be to cut out virtually all the salt in my diet bar that little bit you need to keep functioning. I?m not that good, but in general I do eat very few processed foods and only add salt either in cooking or at the table ? not both. And, when I am adding that salt, it is, nine times out of ten, lo salt. Lo salt is not so much low in salt as it is low in sodium. Regular salt is sodium chloride, but lo salt is 66% potassium chloride and only a third NaCl. It?s sodium salt that is bad for you, so by reducing that, the product become ?healthier?. J.Lo Glow

Advantages: versatile, fresh fragrance, nice bottle design
Disadvantages: not for a night out

I have owned this perfume a while and have found it to be very versatile. It has a refreshing, sweet, floral fragrance that lasts throughout the day. It is great for day wear and also evening wear too, although perhaps not for a night out. The fragrance is light and just right so as not to be overpowering. The smell is distinctive and recognisable. What I particularly like about this perfume is the bottle it comes in. It is very unique and eye catching with a J Lo style necklace around the bottle - this makes for a really nice gift. I have purchased this as a gift for several female relatives, of varied ages, and all have loved it - showing that it appeals to a wide range of women. As perfumes go, this is priced at the lower end of the market and I believe that this offers extremely good value for money as an everyday perfume ...
