More foreigners in the game of Cricket?

There are two different leagues in English cricket, the county championship and the Sunday league. One foriegner per side to me seems silly , English cricket will be so much better if they were allowed two have two overseas players. We have alerady attracted the likes of Shane Warne and Glenn Mcgrath, Allan Donald, But if we could have two we could attract the likes of more world class players like Chanderpaul, Adams ,Heath Streak, Tendulkar e.c.t. so do you agree with me? if so please rate me as very helpful!!!!!!!!!!!
