SECURITY
With Morethan I had to register the card when I received it, which is a better security feature than most cards which don't tend to have this. I was also provided with a PIN, as is usual. To login, all I need to do is to enter my username and password. This isn't like Natwest where you have internet PIN numbers to use and consequently doesn't give the same feeling of security.

APPLICATION The application procedure was easy and convenient. Morethan was set up by Royal and Sun Alliance to offer 'all round' financial solutions to customers offering insurance and credit. It's internet focussed, which means good value for money, and user friendly websites. The application was done on-line and I had to just sign a pre-printed form and return it with some form of ID (standard procedure).

DESIGN This is a fantastic feature where you can design a card within the parameters set below: Interest rate: APR between 9.9% and 17.5% Cashback: between 0% and 0.8% (double this for 6 mths) Annual charge: between £0 and £20
You can also design how to pay, and how to receive statements.
I decided to maximise cashback, so I pay an annual fee of £0, the maximum interest rate and receive the maximum cashback (the more cashback, the higher the interest).
CONVENIENT Obviously being an internet card, it's very convenient with online statements etc. One thing to note is that the Egg Money Manager doesn't seem to accept the card so you have to log in separately to view your statements (Egg Money Manager is a service provided by Egg which collates all your online accounts in one web page to allow for easier management).
CUSTOMER CARE Their customer department is very friendly and can help with most things. However, you do have to initially speak to a computer so it's not ideal. When you do speak to them, though, they are very friendly and the security is tight over the phone (You never tell them what your whole password is, just random letters).
SUMMARY I really do like this card. I like the design feature which does give the card a distinct edge over other cards. The cash back of mine for the first 6 months will be 1.6% (double 0.8%). However, in terms of cash back generally, the best card is AMEX Blue (1% cash back).
Advantages: Design your card Disadvantages: cash back paid only after 1 year

The best feature which I liked, which I did not find in other cards is that I can create my own card and choose the design of my card. You can adjust your interest rate and CashBack, choose your design and how you manage your account. You can change your card features whenever you like without any charges !!!!

Reviews which might be of interest for "Morethan Credit Card"
Advantages: 0% interest, and can service on the internet Disadvantages: 0% cash back
Marbles is a low interest card, which can be particularly attractive. However, it doesn't offer any cash back....not so good!
A good way around this is to combine using this card with the Morethancard (which offers 1.6% cashback, but has high interest).
Pay off your Morethancard monthly with the Marbles card and hey presto - a high cash back, no interest combo!
I've been told by Morethan that you get the cash back even if you pay the balance off on a monthly basis with a balance transfer, so I think it's a good idea.
To save even more money, why not open an account with Egg (4% gross APR), and when you pay off your Morethancreditcard with the Marbles card, you can out an equivalent amount in an Egg savings account.
Therefore, when you need to pay the Marbles balance off after 6 months, you won't be left with any nasty ...

managing money. However, some accounts can't be linked (eg my Morethancreditcard) which is a pain. Be careful as some accounts take a long time to load onto the Egg Money Manager as well (eg My Co-Operative Bank account never seems to display a balance).
Customer Service
Their customer service is good, and the phone service means that you get to speak to someone really quickly. However, you do have to go through a computer (unlike FirstDirect). After you speak to them they are very helpful and will be able to do almost anything over the phone (except authorise compensation for when things go wrong, which has to be done on paper/e-mail).
Navigation
The website is very user friendly and has recently been updated. However, the investment side of the site is still quite old and when you go into that to look at your investments, you have to ...

banking plus
This is the place where you can bring all your money together in one place, securely, on-line. This gives a balance sheet view of all your accounts with any banks and creditcards etc., In one view you can easily assess what is your networth. You just need to register one time all the bank accounts / creditcard details on their secure server with the logon information and all the details from these are gathered and shown in a balance sheet form. There is an option to update the balances also. You can include remove banks / creditcards anytime. In fact MorethanCard was not there in the list and when I sent a mail to them, it was added within a day or two.
Internet banking plus is the feature which I liked the most.
