In my opinion, Thomas Cook are a very good Travel company. I have travelled with them a few times, and must say they were a lot cheaper this last year than most other operators. I compared them to all the major companies that dealt with the same hotel i was going to,and it cost over a thousand pounds less. Because of this I ws a bit dubious of the quality of Thomas Cook,but I needn't have worried, as the holiday was fantastic. The flights were with Thomas Cook Airlines, and they were outstanding. We tookoff 20 minutes early and 15 minutes early coming back. The rep was very friendly and appreciated that we were all tired, so didn't pester us with a load of chat, she let us sleep, and arranged a meeting for mid morning the next day. Thomas cook holidays.

Advantages: Great company
Disadvantages: none

Would just like to that i feel thomas cook has to be the best holiday company. You are looked after from the moment you book your holiday, when you are away and when you get back to the uk. I feel we always get a great deal when we book with thomas cook and after booking six holidays within two and a half year we will never use any other company. The reason i would not go with any other company is because thomas cook is the best for value for money. Sometimes thomas cook have found us a holiday nearly half the price than other companies. The travel agents are able to give you the informaton you need about your holiday because someone in the office has been all other the world. The holiday reps when you are away are always happy to help and always smiling. Also my girl friend is disabled and i am so thankful to thomas cook ...

Thomas Cook Took Us

Advantages: Clean Cabins, Food OK
Disadvantages: Cramped, Pricey On Board Snacks, Some Check In Confusion.
