Advantages I have not found any.
Disadvantages It is reminiscent of an instrument of torture
Ok, so I am getting on in years and realise I must be a nightmare to buy presents for, but this ranks as nearly my worst yet. (The worst has still got to be a pillar box red jogging suit in size 14, when I was size 20- from mother-in-law of course) Anyway back to this device.
It resembles the drill kit my husband has for small, intricate work with a variety of ends that make the mind boggle. Now the polisher is not bad, but can achieve as good a gloss on the nails with a £1 all purpose emery board, but the scapers and grinders -If anyone can recall the horrendous sound of nails being scaped down a blackboard, this is what the devices remind me of and how to use them without destoying my nails completly is beyond my comprehension. In conclusion it looks like the ideal present for the woman who has everything, but if she is anything like me it will go straight into the 'For the next car boot sale' box. A new jar of nail varnish would have been a cheaper and more appreciated present.

Hi and welcome from me, I actually quite like mine, but don't use it all the time, Sue
