at first i found this iron really easy to use, even though it does make a lot of noise while generating the water which does pass after about 30 seconds or so, the water needs refilling very often which can be annoying when you are in the flow of your ironing! I have also noticed that every time the water tank needs refilling it can take up to more than a min for the steam to generate, which is very annoying with the awful noise that the generator makes, but now i have ahd my iron for about 8 months and after refilling the tank during ironing the water is refusing to come through at all, so i have to turn the thing off and wait untill its cool enough to start again! the iron is great to use when there is steam generating through it, but in my case that is not very often!

Sorry for the low rating but putting myself in the shoes of a consumer looking to buy a new Iron I would have wanted more information and personal opinion. May I suggest that you have a look at some other reviews on Ciao which get mainly VH rates so that you can see what sort of content you could include to improve your review and ultimately help consumers.
