The reason I bought this one was because it has a variable thermostat~ (switches off automatically when it reaches the right temperature)~ which makes it very safe if you forget about it while its on,~
It looks good,~ Is fully dismantable and dishwasher safe.~
It has a large 3.6 litre oil capacity which does make it heavy to lift when full if you want to store it out of sight~.
It also comes with a large basket which can take up to 1 Kg of food,~ any food you can fry you can do it with this and always with good crispy golden results.
It is very easy to dimantle and has a long cord with storage to hide the cord and plug out of sight~
It's easy to use~ Easy to empty~ Uses any type of oil~ and it's also easy to clean.
After I use mine, I let it cool down and then give the outside a quick wipe with a slightly damp cloth and it looks good as new. I have never had any problems and I have had it 3 years and expect to have it many more. Happy frying!
